He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver Allen and Wanda Allen; and his mother-in-law Mary Deen Manning. He is survived by : his wife Susie Williams (Manning); his siblings, Rick Allen (Vickie) of Lexington, Wayne Allen of Lexington, Lou Dunn of Lexington, Candy Morris of Warren City, Tammy Nyberg of Norman, Angel Taylor of Antlers and Patty Jackson of Houston, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Kenneth Manning (Brook) of Noble and Deena Manning of Oklahoma City; his brother-in-law Deen Manning (Angie) of Pauls Valley; and his uncle James Dallas (Cathy) of Croder. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
