He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Tinsley and Betty Tinsley. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Tinsley; his granddaughter Staci Tinsley; his sisters, Ann Edwards and Kelly McCarthy (Russell); and his siblings' children, Michael Haywood (Angela) and Kimberly Haywood. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
