It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Waymon Wheeler Lepard (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), born in Merkel, Texas, who passed away on March 13, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William Connie and Mary Ruth Wheeler; his brother Jackie; his sons, Lawrence, Dickie and Ron; his daughter-in-law Sheri; and his siblings, Glenn, Ann and Doris.
