She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Roosevelt Cato and Ethel Lee Jones-Cato; and her son Leland. She is survived by: her husband Hubert Bowie Sr.; her siblings, Clifford, Ralph Sr., Robert, Arthur Sr., Bennie, Verdise, Altha Fay Nadine, Beatrice, Anice, Effie, Shirley, Cynthia and Rosie Lee; and her children, Calvin, Hubert Jr., Gail, Gregory, Verdise and LaVonna. She is also survived by Grandchildren: 18, 59 great grandchildren, 28 great great grandchildren.
