It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Fisher of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 24, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dorothy has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Davis and Willie Mae Davis; her siblings, Odell Davis, Henry Davis, Mildred McBee, Nettie Lee Crawford and Pauline Davis; and her children, Helen Lee and Alford Fisher.
She is survived by: her siblings, Josie Ferguson (Edwin), Deloris Wright and Jimmy (Evelyn).
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the House of Winn Funeral Home-Okmulgee (607 E 5th St, Okmulgee, OK 74447). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Northwest Baptist Church (10455 Smith Rd, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
