He is survived by: his children, Tommy Tlton Jr., Lawrence McGee, Victor Talton, Michael Talton, Debra Norwood (Derwin) and Rosa Carr; and his siblings, Patsy Parker, Verna Cole, Deborah Ibe (Michael), Charles Talton, Gay Talton (Leatrice) and Fred Williams (Linda). He is also survived by grandchildren, niece and nephews, family and close friends.
