She is survived by: her husband Steve Wilburn; her daughter Kate White (Edric) of Woodward; her mother Jneanne Kadavy (Cunningham) of Kingfisher; her brothers, Jerry Kadavy (Kathy) of Kingfisher, Kevin Kadavy (Lisa) of Edmond and Kent Kadavy (Denna) of Kingfisher; and her grandchildren, William of Woodward, Ezekiel of Woodward and Bearett White of Woodward. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
