She is survived by : her husband John Courtney, Sr.; her children, Charlotte Hackett (Kim) of Wichita, KS, Phyllis Gilby (Scott) of Lebanon, MO, Bridget Courtney of Lenexa, KS, John Courtney, Jr. (Liz) of Raymore, MO and Joe Courtney (Andrea) of Overland Park, KS; and her sister Cathy Stone (Wells) of Sergeant Bluff, IA..

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mowery Funeral Home (9110 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055).
