He is survived by: his wife Paula; his sons, Jeffrey Lee Spencer and Jerry Wayne Spencer, Jr. (Debbie, Tulsa); and his siblings, Judy Craft, Pat Young, Sheran Wilhite, Jimmy Spencer and Ed Spencer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
