He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Williams and Irene Zelma Williams (Smith); his daughter Diane Williams; and his sisters, Gertrude Rainwater and Wanda McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn Williams (Weaver); his children, Bradley Williams and Londa Balthrop (Chad); his grandchildren, Jaiden Balthrop-Russell (Payton), Caedmon Balthrop, Ethan Balthrop and Dawson Balthrop; and his siblings, Betty Bridgewater, Arthur Williams (Elfie), Maxine Daniels, Marilyn Byrd, Donna Williams and Linda Williams.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mowery Funeral Service (9110 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (13307 E 96th St N, Owasso, OK 74055).
