We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2021, at the age of 75, Melvin Dale Spencer (Owasso, Oklahoma), born in Gans, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Boyd M. Spencer and Edith Mae Henry Spencer; and his brother Kenneth Spencer. He is survived by : his wife Patsy Jost; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Steve Parker of Owasso; his granddaughter Ella Kate Parker; and his siblings, Jerry Spencer (Lana) of Owasso, Oklahoma. and Sandra McClain (Terry) of Port Lavaca, Texas..
