He was predeceased by: his stepson Jeremy Don Householder; his parents, Anderson Wesley and Marjorie Ann Gooch Agee; his brother Richard Timothy Agee; and his nephew Alan Christian Agee.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Agee; his sons, Dan Corbin Agee, John Brett Agee and Christopher Lee Owens; his grandchildren, Kenneth Alan Agee, Emily Ann Agee Wright, Sarah Catherine Agee, Dereck Lee Owens and Jeremy Matthew Owens; his great grandchild Austin Thomas Wright; his brothers, John Wilson Agee and Anderson David Agee; and his siblings' children, Laura Agee Cooper, George Kevin Agee, Jasen Reece Agee and John Justin Agee.
