He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene Whitefield and Mable Louise Whitefield (Beaty); and his wife Anna Lucille Whitefield (Curtis). He is survived by: his daughter Mandi (Bobby Maddox) of Grandview, Texas; his stepsons, Randall 'Spanky Ezell and Dale Ezell; his grandchildren, Derby Whitefield, Kennedy Whitefield, Colt Ezell and Levi Ezell; his sister Debbie Tinnin of Pauls Valley; his nephew Shane Tinnin (Dew) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his cousins, Ronnie and Vicki Whitefield.
