She is survived by: her husband Charles Fields; her mother Katie Mae Hall of St. Louis, MO; her sister Zina Leslie of St. Louis; her siblings-in-law, Lillie Fields of Pauls Valley, OK, Shirley Fields of Lawton, OK and Willie Fields of Pauls Valley, OK; her aunts, Joann Green of St Peters, MO, Mona Scott of St. Peters, MO and Donna Grant (Wayne) of St. Charles, MO.; her uncle Curtwin Scott of St. Peters, MO; her nephew Jeffery Leslie; her father Gerald Scott; and her stepfather Carl Hall. She is also survived by Great Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
