He was predeceased by: his parents, John Denson and Ethel Sprouse (Kaldi); his brother David; his grandchild Aisley Scruggs; and his sibling's children, Chezley Howle and Patrick Bolen.
He is survived by: his wife Candace Blalock; his son Justin Sprouse (Oklahoma City); his brother Gene D. Sprouse; his siblings' children, Steven and Emi; his brother Gerald Sprouse (Betty); his siblings' children, Kelly and Martin; his sister-in-law Bobbi Sprouse; his siblings' children, Joel, Sean and Rory; his sisters-in-law, Christy Meier and Phyllis Boone (Larry); his siblings' children, Ambre, Ron Gooch, Chelsea Boone, Alaina and James Risenger; his great-nephew Talor Gooch (Alexandra); and his great-nieces, Savanna Bolen and Cassidi Gooch.
