He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dill; his children, Sarah Matthews (Michael) of Chickasha, David Dill, Jr. of Lawton and Kyle Dill of Pauls Valley; his grandchildren, Issic Dill and Haley Dill; and his sisters, Jewell Williams (Merrell) of Pauls Valley and Kathey Heaton (Larry) of Leflore.
