He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Sumner and Lottie Anna Sumner (Luton); his wife Joyce Lynn Brown; his children, Jeffrey Don Sumner (Eve Ann), Chad Everett Sumner (Belinda), Lance Colton Sumner, Jennifer Dawn Jones (Terry) and Dana Lynn Sumner; his brothers, Charles Sumner (Betty), Lynn Sumner and Billy Sumner; his grandchildren, McKynzy Epperson (Cory), Haleigh Ring, Cierra Ring and Chase Sumner; and his great grandchildren, Faith, Hope and Tony. He was also cherished by His two step-grandchildren, five step-great-grandchildren and one step-great- great grandchild and also a host of nieces and nephews.
