He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Ann Smith (Burrows); his wife Monika Smith (Schmidt); his father Leonard Smith; and his siblings, James Robert Smith and Patricia Breitkreutz.
He is survived by: his children, James Smith (Valerie) of Pauls Valley and Amy Ward (Jason) of Davis; his grandchildren, Natasha Smith of Pauls Valley, Niki Brown (Austin) of Stratford, Hunter Smith (Kinsley) of Pauls Valley, Adrian Hernandez of Davis and Chloe Ward of Davis; his sisters, Linda Wilkins (Mike) of Pauls Valley, Paula Huff of Wynnewood and Debra Thorner of Wynnewood; and his great grandchild Bristol Brown of Stratford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
