He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Shalver and Leona Talitha Shalver; and his brothers, Ronnie Shalver and Johnny Shalver. He is survived by: his former wife Susan D. Griffith; his wife Suzie; his daughters, Kelly Bell of Ft. Worth, Texas, Desiree Gower (Jon) of Moore and Shyann (Brittany) of Pauls Valley; his grandchildren, Abbi, Michael, Aubree, Kolbi and Jon; his siblings, Larry Shalver of Pauls Valley, Carl Shalver (Cindy) of Pauls Valley, Glenda Crossfield of Crescent and Twana Jackson (Craig) of Norman; his pet JoJo; and his friend Due. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
