He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Vaughn" Whitaker and Lorene "Owens" Whitaker; his brother Michael "Mike" Whitaker; and his stepchildren, Cristina "Crissy" Nicole and Whitney Paige.
He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Mae Butler; his siblings, Raymond Whitaker of Pauls Valley, Gary Whitaker of Elmore City and Marilyn Poyner of Pauls Valley; his daughters, Crissy Whitaker-Rennie and Whitney Whitaker of Oklahoma City; and his granddaughter Marley Gabrielle Rennie.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, you send donations to the Nora Warren Sparks Library or the Pauls Valley Tennis Club and court renewal project.
