It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Courtney (Pauls Valley, Oklahoma), born in Sayre, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee and Mable Lois Lewis, Jr. (Fairless). She is survived by: her significant other J. L. Courtney; her daughter Marcy Collister (Brent); and her brother Larry Lewis (Marcia). She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Elaine's memory.
