He was predeceased by: his brother Alan Christian Agee; his grandparents, Anderson, Marjorie Agee, George and Katherine Peck; and his uncles, Richard T. Agee (Dick) and Alan Agee.
He is survived by: his parents, John W. Agee and Sharon Agee (Peck); his son Wes; his fiancé Adelka Vila; his partner's daughter Madison Vila; his sons, John Wesley Agee, Steven Kyle Agee, Matthew Wyatt Agee and William Travis Agee; his brother J. J. Agee (Wendy); his sibling's children, Cade Agee, Camden Agee and Randall Agee (Sarah); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah Claire Agee, Christian Agee and Elle Agee; his uncle Dave; his aunts, Linda Agee and Mary Ann Agee; and his cousins, Jasen Agee, Laura Agee Cooper, Corbin Agee and Brett Agee.
