He is survived by: his spouse Debbie Nicholson; his children, Carl Howard (Heather) of Texas, Matthew Nicholson, Mandie Plaster of Paoli, Jeffery Nicholson of Pauls Valley, Benjamin Nicholson of South Carolina and Robert Reece (Alicia) of Pauls Valley; his grandchildren, Corbin, Caden, Aiden, Landon and Zoey; and his sisters, Nolleen Smith (Don) of Ardmore and Mona Connors of Alaska.
