It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shon Tice (Pauls Valley, Oklahoma), who passed away on August 6, 2018, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Terry Welch; and his grandparents, James "Babe" Thorn, Mary Jo Thorn and Papa Charlie Tice. He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Tice Shelton (Brandon Shelton) of Maysville; his parents, Linda Thorn Welch of Pauls Valley and Chuck Tice of Ardmore; his great-grandparent Marcia Jo Tice of Ardmore; his sister Kim (Mike Long) of Pauls Valley; his sibling's children, Megan Long (Kenny Mauldin), Emily Long and Dylan Mars; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brody Mauldin, Harper Mars, Hendrix Mars, Embree Mauldin of Pauls Valley, Ellie Hatcher of Pauls Valley and MayLee Long of Pauls Valley; his uncle James (Sharon Thorn); and his aunts, Connie (Ted Nabors) and Cherie (Tony Gay).
