She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lee Shirley and Essie Lee Shirley; her husband Kenneth Kinslow; her son Rick Dawson; and her siblings, Aubrey Shirley, Wendell Shirley, Lavada McCurley and Letta Mae Beddo.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Sidenstricker, Gayla Ake, Samuel Dawson, Donald P. Hanner (Betty) and Melody McMillon. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
