He is survived by: his friends, George and Nelson; his wife Bobbye Caldwell Rumsey; his son Brian Rumsey (Marie) of Pawhuska; his grandson Brock Carter; his children, Dean and League Baseball; his brother Nelson Carter of Midwest City, OK; his granddaughter Alexis Scheuerman of Ponca City; and his daughter-in-law Beth Scheuerman of Ponca City. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
