He was predeceased by: his son Johnie Dewayne; and his siblings, Dorthy, Ruth, Elvina, George and Fred.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Waggoner (Cathy) of South Coffeyville, OK, Debbie Riley (Morgan) of Welch, OK, Everett Waggoner (Rachel) of Van Buren, AR and Dennis Waggoner; his sister Ann Wynn of Bartlesville, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Babcock of Derby, KS and Shirley Waggoner of Wann, OK. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
