He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Bailey Price and Bud Price; his wife Helen Reed Price; his son Ronnie Kidd; and his siblings, Lorene Brown, Connie Price, Eugene, C. B. and Jack Price.
He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis Moore (Gary), Cathy Mitchell (Randy), Diana Mitchell (Danny) and Reta Jackson (Douglas); and his sister Juanita Goodrich of Richmond, CA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren.
