He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion Lucius Marston and Goldie Audrey Vaughn Marston; and his siblings, Glen, Harold, Calvin, Billy, Donald, Lois, Velma, Betty, Arletta and Darla Ann.

He is survived by : his wife Merlene Kay Pierson; his children, Mindi, Jeffrey (Sandy) and Monte (Nancy) of Bushland; his grandchildren, Kristen Marston of West Hollywood, Thomas Seekins of Denver, Miranda (Chase Farmer) of Huntsville and Mikayla (Sam Eilers) of Clarendon, Texas; his great grandchildren, Asher Declan and Serin Onyx Farmer; his grandchildren, Alice Azalea, Aeric Finnan and Aurelia Kalina Eilers of Clarendon; and his brother Vernon Marston of Loveland, Colorado..
