It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luella Pierce of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Isabella, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 30, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Unruh and Dora Unruh (Nightengale); her siblings, Marvin, Jake, Milfred, Alfred, Freddy, Orville Unruh and Anna Mae Unruh; her former husbands, Harlan Wedel and Pete Lieurance; her daughter Elayne Wedel; and her stepgrandson Shane Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Pierce; her daughters, Phyllis Martin (Ray), Donna Smith (Gregg) and Millie Nickel (John); her stepchildren, Donnie Pierce (Glenda) of Ponca City, Marjorie Cassady (Dennis) of Ponca City and Beverly Stolhand (James) of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Jeanna King (Jeff) of Enid, Oklahoma, P. J. Martin (Lindsey) of Enid, Oklahoma, Andy Nickel (Amy) of Enid, Oklahoma, Melissa Riley (Andrew) of Enid, Oklahoma, Noel Nickel of Enid, Oklahoma, Jessica Smith of Enid, Oklahoma and Elijah Smith of Enid, Oklahoma; and her stepgranddaughter Misty Fath. She is also survived by mother to her children.
