She is survived by: her husband Gary Goodwin; her daughters, Melissa Butler of Amarillo and Jennifer Adase (Frankie) of Bentonville, Arkansas; her siblings, Ramona Hargrove (Donald) of Poteau, Oklahoma, Jerry Hale (Debbie) of Poteau and Audie Hale (Mary) of Greenwood, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Paige Williams, Leo Butler and Brooklyn Frizzell; and her brother-in-law Joe Goodwin (Sandy) of Greenwood, Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives.
