He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob "Louis" and Ola Belle Cloud (Peerson); his son Harlon Cloud; and his siblings, Frank Cloud, Jake Cloud, Helen Hill and Launa Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Carmel Cloud (Call); his children, Carlon (Lola Cloud), Chuck Cloud of Poteau, OK, Marilyn Sue (Patrick Weldon) and Carolyn Jean (Mike Young); and his sister Mildred Young of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
