He is survived by: his mother Lynda Goforth (Ward); his wife Cassie Goforth (Herschberger); his children, Kylie and Kaddon; his father Don Milas Goforth; his sister Melanie; and his brother-in-law Blaine Jennings. He is also survived by other relatives and many beloved friends.
