He was predeceased by: his parents, B. T. "Boss" and Vada Sullivan (Wise); and his sister Sybil Sullivan Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Thomas Sullivan (Andreaof Fayetteville) and Carrie Emberton (Aaron) of Tahlequah, OK; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ella Emberton, Piper and Graydon Sullivan; and his siblings, Betty Joan Thompson of Poteau, OK, Mike Sullivan and Jerry Sullivan of Poteau, OK. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
