He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Ragland and Clara Ragland (Wyatt); his wife Roberta Ragland (Tommy); and his siblings, Zula Cook, Evelyn Mullins, Lois Roberts, Imogene Huckabee, Bobbie Duncan, Harley, Arley and Herman.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Luster of Poteau, OK and Jimmy Ragland; his daughters-in-law, Dottie of Mesa, AZ and Patsy of Maumelle, AR.; and his sister Margaret McNiel of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, & Great, Great Grandchildren, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
