He is survived by : his wife Dorotha; his siblings, Bonnie, Charlie and Dennis; his children, Lisa, Paul and Deborah; his grandchildren, Adam, Nick, Daniel and Tanisha; and his great grandchildren, Halli and Evan Caudell. He is also survived by numerous friends, relatives, and caregivers.
