She was predeceased by: her father James A. Skinner; her stepmother Elaine Skinner; her granddaughter Kinna Bandy; and her brother Joe Bill Skinner. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Skinner (Gee); her sons, Jason L. Bandy (Kelie) of Poteau and Jeremy Oakes of Poteau; and her grandchildren, Jaydon Bandy, Jace Bandy, Madison Oakes, Micah Oakes, Lacey Oakes and Matthew Townley. She is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
