He is survived by: his parents, Dale Caldwell and Carol Caldwell of Poteau; his wife Brandy Baxter Caldwell; his sons, Stefan Chance Caldwell of Poteau, M'Kayd Caldwell and Taylor Caldwell; his grandchildren, Kaydenz and Cannon Covey; and his sisters, Judi Collins of Jacksonville, NC, Susan Guilliams of Winnfield, LA and Lori.
