He is survived by: his mother Wanda James of Poteau, Oklahoma; his children, Lou, Bubba and Chub Chub; his nephews, Tino and Bentley; his children, Hunter James Eagle of Howe, Alexis Nichol Eagle of Poteau and Abel Rylan Eagle of Poteau, Oklahoma; his siblings, Tabitha Scott of Poteau, Oklahoma, Jonathan Scott of Poteau, Christopher Scott of Poteau, Zachary Scott of Poteau and Derick Eagle of Quinton, Oklahoma; his great-grandparent Bydia Pope of Red Oak, Oklahoma; his great-uncle DeRoy Pope of Red Oak; and his aunts and uncles, Brian Bernard (Charlee) of Clarksville, Turner Eagle of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Linda Sivic (Johnny) of Adamson, Nancy Eagle of McAlester, Deesandra Ben of Mississippi and Wahalella Eagle of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
