It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nona Carmack of Poteau, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Hill and Myrtle Hill (Midgley); her son Butch Carmack; her sister Merl; her brother-in-law Pat Searles; and her brother Jerry Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Roy; her daughter Carol Drum of Pocola, OK; her grandchildren, Shay Riley, Adam Carmack, Shawn Tautfest, Alesha Gouker and Casey Carmack; her great grandchildren, Brandon Forrest, Nathan Riley and Braxton Gouker; her sister Letha; and her brother-in-law Buddy Pope of Pocola, OK. She is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
