She is survived by: her children, Charles Don (Donnie), Johnnie Elaine and Donnie; her grandchildren, Joe, Jodi Perry, Bo, Arielle Perry, Charli, Matt Lamb, Levi and Jordan Jensen; her great grandchildren, Katie, Chris White, Kelli, Caleb Swank, Jake Perry, Lariat Frazier, Bryson Jones, Jacie Ty Perry, Elijah Johnson, Braxton Lamb, Dawson Lamb, Asher Jensen and Arlo Jensen; her great great grandchildren, Morgan Jones and Stella White; her siblings, Mary (Alford Weaver), Janey Hamner, Darrell (Martha Killion), Gayle Williamson, Connie Bazzell, Kathy (Coy Richards) and Sherry (Jerald Barlow); and her siblings-in-law, Warren and Evelyn Killion. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
