He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Caudill and Shirley Caudill. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Caudill; his children, Jason Caudill (Victoria) of Houston, Gillian Davis of Heavener, Sabrina Rippee (Keith) of Tulare and Amanda Caudill of Grass Valley; and his great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous other relatives and a host of many friends.
