He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Forrest (Clyde) and Cindy Pate; his grandchildren, Andrew Billy (Crystle), Allison Davis (Jeff), Amy Burum Anthony Billy (Josh), Aaron Pate (Jessika) and Alan Pate (Claire Henthorn); his great grandchildren, Alina, Emery, Trent, Oliver, Peter, Annika, Erik, Dean, Tripp, Daniel and Millie; and his sisters, Carolyn Crossland (Larry) and Sharon Walker (Joe).
