He is survived by: his children, Vicki R. Bollinger of Panama, William "Bill" R. Nelson of Mannford and Walter D. Nelson of Grapevine; his siblings, Willa F. Parker of Flagstaff and Charles R. Nelson of Tulsa; and his great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous other relatives and host of friends.
