He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Houston Kester and Ruby Pauline Kester; and his sisters, Mary Ruth Dunlap and Patricia Floyd. He is survived by: his sons, James Cook and Carl Cook; his sister Debbie King; and his friends, Steve Cummings, Amanda McKinnon and James Kuelper.
