She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Spears and Clara Spears (Tucker); her husband Haskell Neugin; her son Herb Neugin; her siblings, Dick Spears and Barbara Wilder; and her great grandchild Baby Kevin.
She is survived by: her close friend Haskell Neugin; her son Herbert; her grandson Matthew; her children, Dickie "Dean" Neugin (Patsy) of Tahlequah, OK, Jimmy "Hoss" Neugin of Tahlequah, OK and Jeanie Wisenhunt (Dave) of Tahlequah, OK; her daughter-in-law Barbara Neugin; and her brothers, Kenneth Spears (Ruth), Gerald and Burl Spears of Tahlequah, OK.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren, as well as many cousins, and a host of friends and loved ones.
