She is survived by: her husband J. William Smith; her children, Shane Smith (Angie) of Pryor, Sheila Shelby (Keith) of Pryor and Steven Smith of Vinita; and her sister Doris Hopper of California. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
