He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Finney and Lela Finney (Kinzer); his former wife Sue; his great grandchild Gage Underwood; his son-in-law Robert Jackson; and his sister Norma Heitkamp.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Annabelle Finney (Ragland); and his children, Dot Jackson of Boatman, Bud Finney (Jennifer) of Adair and Jim Finney of Pryor. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
