He was predeceased by: his parents, George Seely and Jessie Seely; his siblings, George, Bob, Fred Seely, Norma Jo West, Irene Martin, Glendola Barnes and Edna Hartness; and his granddaughter Autumn Seely.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Buster; his children, Charles Eugene Seely of Salina, OK and Loretta Jo Seely of Elgin, TX.; his sister Betty McLeary of Muskogee, OK; and his grandsons, Chad and Darrin Seely.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service (1204 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361). A burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at the Graham Memorial Cemetery W Hwy (1664 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361).
