It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Duggins (Purcell, Oklahoma), born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Louis Giroux and Agnes Elizabeth Giroux (Lamprecht); and her brother Kenneth Ray Giroux. She is survived by: her husband Jim Duggins; her children, Cheyanne, Dahnevyn and Hayden Pace; her foster children, Israel, Melody, Lyric and Judah Gibbs; and her siblings, Cecilia Belcher of Norman, Michael Giroux of Norman and Alfred Giroux (Rita) of Purcell, Many. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins.
